Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 30 days of CogsIQ with one shop and up to 5 purchase orders, and no card is needed. Upgrade when you are ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not subscribed, the workspace becomes read-only. Everything you recorded stays readable and exportable, and subscribing unfreezes it. Nothing is deleted.
Do you take a cut of my sales or charge per order?
No. You pay one price per active shop. It never depends on how much you sell, how many orders you ship or how many people you invite.
What changes on a longer term?
The rate a month. You pay for 3, 6 or 12 months up front, at a lower monthly rate than paying monthly. Once a subscription has 10 or more shops, every shop on it pays the 12-month rate on any term, monthly included.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
